| Zombie | Everywhere | Standard walking zombies. |
| Crawler | Everywhere | Slow zombies which crawl along the ground. Requires crouching to kill. |
| Sprinter | Everywhere | Fast but weak common enemy. |
| Big Boy | Nuke | Slow and strong boss. |
| Clown (IT) | Sewers | Fast, but weak, boss. |
| Banshee | Church | Fast and strong boss with AoE damage. |
